Party Bookings
Deposits placed for groups are non-refundable.
Please call 920.219.9841 or email artonthetown@gmail.com to discuss rescheduling your party. In the case of inclement weather, party booking fees may be applied to a rescheduled party. If you need to reschedule your party for another reason (such as a medical emergency), please call us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
Class and Workshop Registrations
Workshop, event, and class registrations are non-refundable.
Please call 920.219.9841 or email artonthetown@gmail.com to discuss cancelling your attendance at a workshop, event, or class. While refunds will not be given, we will happily issue 100% walk-in studio credit or transfer you to a new class of the same value at a future date, if there is room in the class and notice is provided more than 72 hours prior to the start of the workshop, event, or class. If you provide 48-72 hours notice, we will issue 75% credit. With 24 to 48 hours notice, we will issue 50% credit. No-call no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will not receive any credit.
Alternatively, you may send a different attendee in your place at no additional charge. The original registrant is responsible for informing Art on the Town WI of any changes to attendees. Please call 920.219.9841 or email artonthetown@gmail.com to change your attendee information.
Return Policy
All sales for any and all services and products made on artonthetownwi.com, artonthetownwi.square.site, facebook.com/ArtOnTheTownWI, in person at 127 Front Street, Beaver Dam, WI, or any other way that was facilitated by Art on the Town WI are final.
No refunds will be given.
