Handmade Tumbler Ceramics Class

Create a one-of-a-kind ceramic tumbler designed for everyday use. In this hands-on class, students will hand-build a functional tumbler perfect for coffee, cocoa, or your favorite warm beverage. You’ll explore form, balance, and comfort while designing your own surface decoration using textures, patterns, and personal design choices.

This class focuses on both creativity and function—learning how to build durable walls, shape a comfortable rim, and add texture that enhances both the look and feel of your cup. No prior ceramics experience is required. Finished pieces will be glazed and kiln-fired, resulting in a food-safe, functional tumbler ready for daily use.

For $35, this class includes: 

• Clay and materials to create a ceramic tumbler (1-2 depending on size)
• Step-by-step instruction
• Complimentary bisque firing of your pieces

Return at a later date to glaze your tumbler for just $7 and up! — choosing from over 200 brush on glazes, and a final glaze firing to bring your creations to life! (Price is $7 per item med-large, or $25 for a group of small items). 

All ages welcome – no experience necessary!
